Twilight Walk 2009

Movie of the Boundary to Boundary Twilight walk is finally completed and is also for sales to raise some funds for future productions.

This is the first time uploading a movie on to youtube.. wasn’t easy but got it up after a few tries. So, now that I know how… there will be more to come in the near future!

Sitting here on a cold winter night waiting for time to pass so I don’t feel guilty for sleeping too early!

So I thought I might just as well do something meaningful. Thus continuing from where I last left … which was ages ago…some photos from our NG3 PuttPutt game @ Victoria park. Beside the price, this is really a cool place to hang out on a beautiful Saturday morning.

RQI Twilight Walk

Had this wonderful opportunity to be part of this exciting walk to celebrate the Anniversary of the National Apology 2008, which was held on the 20th of February. The walk took us from Boundary St in Spring Hill to Boundary St in West End. My first time taking part in this kind of rally, thanks to my buddy, Ted.

I had the privilege to be the ‘armature’ photographer that day and I was truly an exciting experience. How often do you get to parade on the busy streets of Brisbane CDB and have the police force stoping cars for you to cross! I was like the crazy guy running up and down the convoy and occasionally standing in the middle of the street to take a shot, of cause with the police holding back traffic.

Back in Action

Finally, after a long break and some 2008 hang-overs, I guess its time to start reorganizing myself again… and get back to a more discipline lifestyle.

Weekend Ahead!

Finally after a long stressful week, the weekend has come again to my rescue! Drawings for DA are finally done and off to client for review before heading off to Brisbane city council for approval next week. Long and stressful as it may seem, it was pretty exciting! Contradictory but as the saying goes, ‘if you like what you’re doing, its no longer work, but rather play’.

Making matters harder, I woke up with a stiff neck yesterday! Rushing for a deadline that was the last thing I needed. No words could express the agony I was in working in this condition! But I made It through and I thought it’s all going to be ok when 5 o’clock came as I could go home and rest. But little did I realise home was another 1 hour away! … all I can say, the trip wasn’t pleasant !

So, here I am, neck still a little cacat, in front of my computer, post processing Jonathan & Yc’s photo shot. Lighting condition wasn’t great but same really nice shots which I myself am impressed…and of coz, photoshop saved the day!

Their wedding will be on the 30th of November 2008, and I have the privilege of capturing this joyous occasion for them. Will be posting more photos after that…
